What’s covered — and what isn’t
Covered
- Our workmanship on the install or repair — 1 year
- Parts & fixtures we supply — 1 year, plus full manufacturer’s warranty
- Re-repair or correction of a verified covered failure
- Coverage for the full guarantee period from the service date
Not covered
- Normal wear, aging fixtures and routine maintenance
- Damage from misuse, freezing, neglect or alteration
- Customer-supplied parts and work done by others
- Repairs you declined or deferred against our recommendation

Guarantee FAQ
Yes. Our workmanship guarantee covers the labor on a covered repair for one year, and the parts and fixtures we supply are warrantied for one year as well — plus their full manufacturer’s warranty. We’ll go over the specifics for your job.
Covered work carries a one-year workmanship guarantee from the date of service, and a one-year warranty on the parts we supply — with the manufacturer’s warranty continuing beyond that on equipment like water heaters.
We’re happy to install customer-supplied parts, but those parts aren’t covered by our guarantee. We’ll always tell you what’s covered before we start.
Bigger jobs like water-heater installs and repipes are covered under our one-year workmanship guarantee, plus the full manufacturer’s warranty on the equipment. We’ll go over the exact terms for your job up front.
